1. Who these terms are between

These terms form an agreement between you and SeekMyShop, operating this store from China. You can contact us at hello@seekmyshop.com. By placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not place an order.

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for making sure the delivery address you give us is complete and correct.

3. Products and descriptions

• We are a reseller. Products are sourced from manufacturers and suppliers and shipped to you directly or from our stock.
• We describe products as accurately as we can, but images are illustrative. Slight differences in colour, finish, packaging or the exact shape of a fitting can occur between production batches.
• The products we sell are household cleaning and grooming tools. They are not medical or veterinary devices, and nothing on this site is medical or veterinary advice. If a person or animal in your home has an allergy or a skin condition, speak to a qualified professional before use.
• Always follow the instructions and any safety warnings supplied with a product. Do not use a product for a purpose it was not designed for.

4. Prices, currency and taxes

• Prices are shown in USD and include our costs of packing and shipping unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• For eligible orders shipped to the European Union we collect VAT at checkout under the IOSS scheme, so the price you pay at checkout is the final price for the goods and there is nothing further to pay on arrival.
• Where IOSS does not apply, import duties, local sales taxes and customs handling fees may be charged by the authorities in your country and are your responsibility. We cannot predict or waive them, and they are not refundable by us.
• We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already placed and we have accepted.

5. Orders and acceptance

1. Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we received it, and a contract is formed when we accept it, which happens when we dispatch the goods.
2. We may decline or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if a price or description was clearly wrong, if we cannot ship to your address, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or an abusive pattern of orders. If we cancel after taking payment, we refund you in full.
3. Please check your confirmation email and tell us immediately if anything is wrong. Once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to change it.

6. Payment

Payment is taken through a third-party payment provider and is subject to the terms of that provider. We never receive or store your full card or bank details. If a payment is declined or later reversed, we may suspend or cancel the related order.

7. Delivery

• We hand orders to the carrier within 1–3 business days. International delivery normally takes 10 to 25 days from dispatch, but these are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections and local postal delays can extend them.
• Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us. If tracking shows delivery and you did not receive the parcel, contact us and we will help you investigate.
• If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, you may choose a replacement or a full refund. See our Refunds and Returns Policy.

8. Changing your mind and returns

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery. The full process, including who pays return postage, is set out in our Refunds and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded by agreement. This includes, for consumers in the European Union, the legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery, and for consumers in the United Kingdom the rights set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product does not conform, you are entitled to a remedy from us, and you do not have to pay for the cost of bringing the goods into conformity.

10. Limitation of liability

• We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• Subject to that, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as customs action, carrier disruption, natural events or network failures.

11. Intellectual property

The text, layout, images and code on this site are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and related rights. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, repost, scrape at scale, or use our content to train or populate another commercial service without our written permission. Product names and brands mentioned on this site remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to it or to any data held in connection with it, place fraudulent orders, or use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.

13. Links to other sites

We may link to third-party sites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their terms or their privacy practices.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when our suppliers, carriers or legal obligations change. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when we accept it. The current version always appears on this page with the last-updated date.

15. Governing law and disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of China, where we are established, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
• This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep all rights and remedies those rules give you, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
• Before taking any formal step, please email us at hello@seekmyshop.com. We try to resolve every dispute directly and quickly. If we cannot, you may also contact the consumer protection body or ombudsman in your country.
